Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in stock plan administration within a multinational corporation.
• Strong knowledge of stock administration software.
• CEP designation or working towards it is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Bloom Energy's equity incentive program.
• Prepare and distribute grant agreement packages.
• Maintain stock administration records.
• Coordinate with Payroll for tax withholding.
• Generate reports for internal and external partners.
