Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Director of Data and Finance to lead financial management, analytics, performance reporting, and data governance across the organization. The role partners with executive leadership and operations to ensure financial accountability and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement across departments.

Minimum five years in finance or data analytics, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience with ERP and BI tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in finance, budgeting, analytics, or data management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in public transportation or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise finance and analytics personnel and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Lead monthly close processes to ensure timely, complete transaction recording.
• Analyze financial results and KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, accruals, and internal controls.
• Coordinate compliance with internal and external financial reporting requirements.
