Job summary

Sectigo is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing global team in Scottsdale. You will perform full-cycle accounting and close duties, manage multi-currency transactions, and support audits while collaborating across teams.

Strong Excel and communication skills are essential, with adherence to US GAAP and SOPs. This full-time, hybrid role reports to the Accounting team and requires responsibility, accuracy, and timely delivery of financial statements.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform full-cycle accounting and closing duties.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and strong communication.
• Experience with US GAAP and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full-cycle accounting and month-end close tasks.
• Record journal entries and complete bank reconciliations across multi-currency entities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting.
• Support internal reviews, audits, and annual audit requests.
• Assist FP&A and management with financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Maintain process documentation and support ad-hoc accounting projects.
