Job summary

RFA, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support financial reporting and month‑end close across domestic and international locations.

You will work with C‑level staff, management, and vendors to ensure accurate ledgers, timely reconciliations, and insightful analyses. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in accounting, a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, and strong Excel/Power BI skills to design reports and dashboards reflecting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• High integrity with confidential information.
• Independent, accurate, and timely work in a high‑volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Assist with balance sheet and income statement analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close for domestic and international locations, including GL reviews and reclassifications.
• Process monthly sales and use tax returns and remittances.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations for domestic and international locations.
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules; capitalize purchases per policy.
• Post corporate card expenses and payroll to GL.
• Assist in year-end closing and audit preparation; provide schedules as needed.
