Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or a closely related field.
• High degree of integrity including ability to handle sensitive information.
• Hands-on, self-starting, disciplined, and detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel (Power BI).
• Assist with Balance Sheet and Income Statement flux analysis.
• Partner with controller to design reports and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly activities for domestic and international locations including AP, Bank Recs, fixed assets, accruals, prepaids, and GL reclassifications.
• Process monthly sales and use tax returns and remit payments.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations for domestic and international locations.
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules for all locations.
• Post payroll to the GL for both domestic and international locations.
• Assist in year-end closing and audit preparation.
