Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical area; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years in scientific/regulatory affairs for food products or related categories.
  • Experience with global regulatory programs, risk assessment and issues management.
  • Ability to interact across functions and at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead governance of the Global SRA Issues Management Program, aligning with enterprise risk systems.
  • Partner for 3–5 year horizon scanning to anticipate scientific and regulatory shifts.
  • Design frameworks to capture pre-regulatory insights from internal experts and regional teams.
  • Translate complex regulatory data into clear business strategy and options for leadership.
  • Create structured risk and opportunity assessment methodologies for financial and operational impact.
  • Build data-driven prioritization models and dashboards for executive decision making.
  • Synthesize inputs into visual landscape maps to inform cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment across global business units and regional SRA teams on mitigation plans.
