Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical area such as food chemistry, nutrition, biology or related field.
  • 7+ years in scientific/regulatory affairs with food products or related categories.
  • Experience with global regulatory programs, risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Ability to interact across functions and at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead governance of the Global SRA Issues Management Program with standardized framework.
  • Monitor 3–5 year horizon to anticipate scientific and regulatory shifts.
  • Design pre-regulatory frameworks to capture emerging insights from experts and regions.
  • Translate technical assessments into clear business strategy and options for leadership.
  • Create risk and opportunity assessment models for financial and operational impact.
  • Build data-driven prioritization tools for global issues and resource allocation.
  • Produce visual landscape maps, charts, and executive dashboards for visibility.
  • Coordinate across matrixed global units to align mitigation plans.
  • Foster regional collaboration to feed insights into the global framework.
