Qualifications

• Bachelor-level expertise in regulatory affairs and food science is required.
• 7+ years in scientific/regulatory affairs for food products or related categories.
• Experience with global regulatory programs, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Proven ability to interact across functions and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Govern the Global SRA Issues Management Program with a standardized framework.
• Monitor a 3–5 year horizon to anticipate regulatory shifts.
• Design pre-regulatory intelligence frameworks for emerging trends.
• Translate complex technical assessments into business strategy and options.
• Create structured risk assessment models for financial/operational impact.
• Build data-driven prioritization models and analytical tools.
• Synthesize inputs into visual landscape maps and executive dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across global business units and regions.
• Collaborate with regional SRA teams to integrate insights globally.
