Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage international orders from receipt to shipment.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate inventory, documentation, shipping, and exceptions with internal teams.
• Communicate order status and changes to international customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support for dropship and API-connected accounts.
• Monitor consolidation orders and coordinate shipments per customer requirements.
• Resolve order discrepancies and inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document account configurations and maintain standardized specialty-account workflows.
