Job summary

ASM is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer, Global Product Management for Global Spares & Services. You will own the spares and service portfolio across platforms, shaping lifecycle programs and driving revenue growth on a global installed base.

You will partner with engineering, service operations, supply chain, and sales to develop roadmaps, pricing, campaigns, and aftersales offerings that improve uptime, reliability, and customer value worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

Product portfolio ownership across spare parts, service products, and lifecycle support.
Lifecycle strategy development to maximize customer value and business growth.
Roadmap development for global spares and services aligned with installed base requirements.
Commercial strategy development with pricing, programs and models.
Installed base analytics to improve forecasting and growth.
Customer engagement to translate insights into differentiated offerings.
Business case development for new services and upgrades.
Cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and regions.
Inventory and supply chain optimization for spare parts availability.
