Job summary

Amazon’s Global Ops Enterprise Services (GOES) is seeking a Program Manager to provide capital operations and project management support across its Worldwide Operations network, including new buildings, expansions, retrofits and technology initiatives.

You will coordinate with Finance, PMO, Supply Chain Capacity, Real Estate, Launch and Operations Engineering to secure funding, manage milestones, and ensure on-time, under-budget delivery while communicating results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple Amazon business units and initiatives.
• Develop estimates, schedules, cash flow forecasts, and track budgets.
• Coordinate with Finance, PMO, and Real Estate among other teams to secure funding and drive on-time delivery.
