Qualifications

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
3+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
2+ years of driving process improvements experience.

Responsibilities

Develop strategy and roadmaps to improve Operational Planning processes.
Create and scale mechanisms to review strategic investment opportunities and assess execution risks.
Oversee the execution of operational planning processes and identify critical paths.
Develop metrics, review performance against previous plans, and identify improvements.
Communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders and executives.
