Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Engineer- Capture Management to lead international growth and manage end-to-end capture efforts within the International Futures & Partnerships line of business. You will coordinate with LOB leadership and international customers to shape opportunities and drive proposals.

Responsibilities include building alliances, coordinating demonstrations, and managing CRM pipelines while supporting travel and engagement with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical science, or related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 12 years of technical space experience in FFRDC, UARC, industry, or federally funded laboratory.
• At least four years developing international space partnerships with ability to close large opportunities.
• Knowledge of export controls (ITAR, EAR, USML, TAA) and international cooperation.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to work with senior customers and staff.
• Experience with CRM systems and tracking qualified pipeline and metrics.
• Familiarity with finance, contracts, security, and legal functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the international growth pipeline and lead campaign development, capture activities, and proposals.
• Develop and execute growth strategies in partnership with International division and LOB leadership.
• Strengthen relationships with allies, agencies, and stakeholders through formal engagements.
• Shape the pipeline by assessments, new missions, and technology evaluations; build alliances.
• Travel internationally as needed to support customer visits and engagements.
• Collaborate with capture, proposal, program management, contracts, legal, and pricing teams.
• Track growth metrics, ROI, and maintain CRM pipelines and budgets.
