Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to help shape our supply chain for new products. You will collaborate with R&D to identify and qualify suppliers, manage PFEP in NPIs, and negotiate contracts to secure value, quality, and risk mitigation.

You will drive supplier performance, cost modeling, and cross-functional sourcing strategies while ensuring on-time material availability for innovative 3D printing solutions.

Formación

• 1-5 years post graduate experience in strategic sourcing, manufacturing, or supplier quality engineering
• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Able to travel internationally up to 20% for supplier visits and audits
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing process quality plans and driving yield improvements

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify suppliers for new product introductions
• Own PFEP in an NPI BOM and manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contracts
• Communicate technical requirements between suppliers and Formlabs R&D
• Research new manufacturing technologies to improve supply chain strategies
• Lead supplier performance improvement and cost modeling for new products
