Shaklee Corporation in the United States seeks a Manager, Global Sourcing to lead cost savings initiatives across nutrition, personal care, and household categories. You will drive supplier negotiations, consolidate vendors, and optimize specifications to reduce total cost of goods.

You will partner with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to build annual pipelines, track savings, and ensure each purchasing decision delivers measurable value while balancing sustainability and innovation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• 3+ years in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain with cost-savings track record.
• Experience in nutrition, personal care, or CPG preferred.
• Working knowledge of packaging materials, co-manufacturing, and finished goods.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and sourcing tools; NetSuite is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost savings projects across Nutrition, Personal Care, and Household categories.
• Source and qualify alternative manufacturing and packaging suppliers to reduce dependency.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to improve cost reduction in formulations, packaging, and processes.
• Build and maintain an annual cost savings pipeline and report progress to leadership.
• Develop category sourcing strategies focusing on cost reduction, supplier leverage, and total cost of ownership.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes for new and existing SKUs to secure best costs and savings
• Develop category strategies balancing cost savings with sustainability and innovation goals
• Monitor markets and pricing to identify savings opportunities across categories
• Perform other related duties as required
