Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing strategy for Personal Care within the business unit.
• Manage principal suppliers, tolling partners, and finished goods sourcing.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply resilience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, R&D, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
