Qualifications

• 10+ years in global sourcing or supplier management in high-tech or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Track record of closing high-value, technically complex agreements.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs and translate between engineers and supplier counterparts.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Category Strategy: develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies across your assigned category.
• Build the Supplier Base: identify, qualify, and onboard domestic and international suppliers with ongoing performance management.
• Lead Commercial Negotiations: structure and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, LTAs, pricing terms, and NRE agreements.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: work with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing during NPI to align design and supplier capability.
• De-Risk the Supply Chain: monitor market dynamics and establish dual-sourcing or buffer strategies.
