Job Overview
Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Indirect – responsible for directing indirect commodity sourcing (Software, Professional Services, Hardware, Capex, and R&D) across Anduril. The role develops new supplier partnerships, shapes sourcing strategies, and ensures contractual accuracy before product integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for indirect commodities to optimize cost, standardize contracts, and build supply‑chain resilience.
- Own end‑to‑end sourcing from requirements gathering, RFI/RFQ/RFP management, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Serve as the sourcing expert for all indirect commodities and act as the subject‑matter liaison for analysis, renewals, and negotiations.
- Partner with Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to define requirements, ensure compliance, and align procurement with technical and business goals.
- Lead negotiations for multi‑year, high‑value agreements to secure best‑in‑class commercial and operational terms.
- Analyze pricing models and usage data to secure competitive, transparent, and scalable pricing.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, driving innovation, quality, and value.
- Manage supplier performance with quarterly reviews, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Legal to standardize contracting frameworks (MSAs, SOWs, amendments).
- Work with Finance to forecast spend, budget, and monitor total cost of ownership.
- Identify cost‑saving and process improvement opportunities that scale with growth.
- Provide executive‑level visibility into category performance, supplier risk, and key initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience managing supply‑chain commodities in IT, software, and/or professional services.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.

- Experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high‑tech, or related industries.
- Proficiency in TCO analysis within a product‑based ecosystem.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record building commodity roadmaps with engineering stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and cross‑functional influence across teams.
- Team player who adapts to varied roles and removes roadblocks.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
Compensation & Benefits
US Salary Range: $146,000 – $194,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most full‑time offers.
