Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader in Costa Mesa, seeks a Director, Product Sourcing Engineering to guide a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers within the product development lifecycle. You will work with engineering, program management, and production leadership to pursue strategic sourcing initiatives and achieve program and manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain/production role focused on complex mechanical/electrical assembly.
• At least 5+ years experience in a leadership position.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance.
