Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Manager for connectors in Costa Mesa, CA. The role focuses on developing supplier partnerships, driving cost reductions, improving quality, and ensuring supply chain resilience across connector commodities.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing, negotiate terms, and collaborate with engineering and contract manufacturers to meet product milestones. Travel up to 50% is required, with onsite relocation to Costa Mesa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management or sourcing engineering.
• Ability to travel up to ~50% of the time.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commodity strategies for connectors, focusing on cost reduction and quality.
• Own end-to-end responsibility for delivering quality parts at the right cost.
• Lead RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and strategic sourcing for connectors.
• Manage relationships with external Contract Manufacturers and ensure continuity of supply and risk management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and CM teams to influence designs and manufacturing requirements.
• Analyze quotes and perform data-driven decisions based on total cost of ownership.
