Job summary

Flexsteel Industries in Dubuque, IA seeks a Senior Global Sourcing Manager to bridge Asia-based suppliers and our Mexican manufacturing operations. You will align cost, quality, lead times, and supply continuity through strategic supplier development and contract management.

You will lead cross‑functional NPI support with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, and SIOP, manage supplier performance via KPIs, and drive cost reductions while ensuring on-time delivery across a global

Qualifications

5–7 years of related work experience.
Demonstrated sourcing experience with global suppliers, particularly in Asia and Mexico.
Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) programs.

Responsibilities

Bridge Asia-based suppliers and Mexico manufacturing, aligning cost, quality, lead time, and supply continuity.
Identify, evaluate, and develop global sourcing strategies for raw materials and components.
Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier performance via KPIs/scorecards.
Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, and SIOP on NPI and launches.
Ensure supplier quality and on-time delivery; drive improvements and corrective actions.
