Flexsteel Industries, Inc. seeks a Senior Global Sourcing professional to bridge Asia-sourced materials and Mexico manufacturing. You will lead supplier strategy, negotiate contracts, and drive improvements in cost, quality, and delivery while supporting new product introductions.
Required is 5–7 years of global sourcing experience with Asia and Mexico, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a track record of cross‑functional collaboration. Travel may be required.

- 5–7 years of related sourcing experience.
- Experience with global suppliers, esp. Asia and Mexico.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.

Responsabilidades
- Bridge sourcing strategies between Asia suppliers and Mexico operations.
- Develop global sourcing plans to ensure cost, lead time, quality, and continuity.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance via KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, and SIOP for NPI.
- Drive supplier qualification, visits, capability assessments, and onboarding.
- Lead actions to improve total cost of ownership and service levels.
