Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Category Manager for Corporate Services in North America. You will own end-to-end sourcing for Travel, Marketing, Uniforms, Office Supplies, IT, and Fleet, collaborating with business leaders to deliver year-over-year cost reductions.

The role requires 7+ years in strategic sourcing, strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership, and the ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business or related field.
• Masters preferred but not required; strong procurement experience.
• 7+ years leading strategic sourcing with cost-of-ownership reductions.
• Proven negotiation and supplier-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for Corporate Services including Travel, Marketing, Uniforms, Office Supplies, IT, and Fleet.
• Develop and implement category playbooks and sourcing strategies.
• Forecast, budget, and manage cost drivers; monitor risk and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and central functions to drive savings and governance.
