The ideal candidate has 7+ years in strategic sourcing and is proficient with eRFP tools, contracting processes, and ERP systems. Travel up to 25-30% domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives with cost reductions.
• 7–10+ years of supply chain or operations experience.
• Proficient in eRFP and contracting tools.
• Experience developing category playbooks and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent MS Office skills and ERP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end sourcing from strategy to contract execution and supplier management.
• Conduct market research to ensure responsible sourcing and strong supplier partnerships.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage supply contracts to meet objectives and standards.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for assigned categories; analyze cost drivers and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to achieve cost savings.
