Job summary

ANDRITZ North America is seeking a Category Manager – Corporate Services to lead strategic sourcing across Travel, Marketing, IT, Fleet, Office Supplies and other corporate services. You will develop category strategies, run end-to-end sourcing processes, and partner with business leaders across North America and global stakeholders to drive value.

This high-impact role requires strong negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship management, and the ability to deliver year-over-year

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience with demonstrated cost savings achievements.
• 7-10+ years of overall supply chain, procurement, or operations experience.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience developing category strategies and implementing sourcing initiatives.
• Proficiency with eRFP tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25-30% domestically and internationally.
• Master's degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies across Corporate Services spend categories.
• Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including market analysis, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and implementation.
• Partner with business leaders across North America and global stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive value.
• Manage supplier performance and foster strategic supplier relationships.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Utilize eRFP and contracting tools to support procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and best practices.
