Job summary

ITG Brands, LLC is seeking a Senior Procurement professional to lead category strategy and governance for Professional and Corporate Services in the Americas. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and performance management to deliver measurable value and cost savings.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk awareness, and experience with global procurement practices within a multinational environment. Hybrid work model offered and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Proven contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability.
• Experience delivering cost savings and value creation initiatives.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, compliance requirements and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and communication.
• Experience managing supplier performance and risk.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience managing multiple sourcing initiatives and delivering value creation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy and governance for Professional/Corporate Services in Americas.
• Manage strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and supplier performance across the region.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and external providers to meet business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and drive cost savings across categories.
• Develop and deliver annual cost savings targets and value creation initiatives.
