Job summary

ANDRITZ North America is seeking a Category Manager – Corporate Services to lead strategic sourcing across Travel, Marketing, IT, Fleet, Office Supplies and other corporate services. You will develop category strategies, run end-to-end sourcing processes, and partner with business leaders across North America and global stakeholders to drive value.

This high-impact role requires strong negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship management, and the ability to deliver year-over-year

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience with demonstrated cost savings achievements.
• 7-10+ years of overall supply chain, procurement, or operations experience.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience developing category strategies and implementing sourcing initiatives.
• Proficiency with eRFP tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25-30% domestically and internationally.
• Master's degree preferred, but not required.

ANDRITZ is seeking an experienced Category Manager – Corporate Services to join our North American Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain North America, this role will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across key indirect spend categories including Travel,

Marketing, IT, Fleet, Uniforms, Office Supplies, and other Corporate Services.

This is a high-impact position responsible for developing category strategies, leading sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and delivering year-over-year total cost of ownership reductions.
