Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corp. is seeking a strategic sourcing professional to develop supplier relationships, optimize procurement, and drive cost savings while managing supply chain risk.

You will partner with R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to support domestic and international product launches and regulatory compliance. You will lead cross-functional sourcing efforts, onboard suppliers, manage spend transparency, and implement effective category strategies, while traveling as needed to

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a strategic sourcing or procurement professional
• Experience negotiating and sourcing for a diverse supplier base is required
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret instructions
• Strong analytical and financial skills are required
• Comfortable traveling domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the supply portfolio with transparency of spending
• Develop and partner with vendors domestically and internationally
• Create metrics to evaluate supplier performance
• Analyze costs and identify savings opportunities
• Negotiate profitable deals and efficient sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
• Onboard new suppliers and process regulatory documents
• Prepare Oracle purchase orders and support tooling orders
• Coordinate supplier visits and cross-functional meetings
• Ensure safety rules are observed and regulatory compliance
