Job summary

GMI Cloud is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the global supply chain for AI hardware, GPUs, and networking gear. You will bridge strategy and operations to secure scalable access across regions and ensure supplier resilience.

You will drive demand forecasting, oversee a sourcing team, and navigate complex international trade to support rapid growth while negotiating favorable terms with Tier-1 OEMs and ODMs.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in strategic sourcing in data center/high-tech sectors.
• Experience leading supply chain teams with global vendor relationships.
• Deep technical understanding of AI hardware GPUs and networking gear.

Responsibilities

• Strategic supply security: lead demand forecasting and risk mitigation for critical AI components.
• Global logistics strategy: manage international trade and carrier relationships for high-value hardware.
• Team leadership: oversee the sourcing team and enforce governance processes.
• High-level negotiations: drive complex deals with Tier-1 OEMs/ODMs for priority allocation and pricing.
• Supplier strategy & risk: define onboarding standards and monitor vendor stability.
