Job summary

GMI Cloud is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the global supply chain for AI hardware, GPUs, and networking gear. You will bridge strategy and operations to secure scalable access across regions and ensure supplier resilience.

You will drive demand forecasting, oversee a sourcing team, and navigate complex international trade to support rapid growth while negotiating favorable terms with Tier-1 OEMs and ODMs.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in strategic sourcing in data center/high-tech sectors.
• Experience leading supply chain teams with global vendor relationships.
• Deep technical understanding of AI hardware GPUs and networking gear.

Role Summary

The Sourcing Manager is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the global supply chain. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational excellence, ensuring GMI Cloud secures critical GPU and networking hardware. This role leads the sourcing team, drives demand forecasting, and navigates complex international trade compliance to support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Supply Security: Develop and lead supply security planning and demand forecasting loops to mitigate risks of supply chain disruptions for critical AI components.
• Global Logistics Strategy: Optimize workflows for international trade, managing IOR/EOR compliance and overseeing global carrier relationships to ensure efficient transit of high-value hardware.
• Team Leadership & Governance: Manage the sourcing team, implementing rigorous review processes and professional development programs to ensure operational excellence.
• High-Level Negotiations: Lead complex negotiations with Tier-1 OEMs and ODMs to secure priority allocation and competitive pricing for GPU and networking equipment.
• Supplier Strategy & Risk: Define supplier onboarding standards and risk assessment frameworks to monitor financial and operational stability across the vendor base.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, specifically within the data center, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience in leading supply chain teams and managing high-stakes international vendor relationships.
• Deep technical understanding of AI hardware, including GPU architectures and enterprise networking gear.
