Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking an Associate Manager, Global Sourcing to lead a diverse portfolio of sourcing projects and programs, including direct and indirect categories and corporate fleet/travel. The role combines day-to-day execution with strategic initiatives and requires strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

Hybrid schedule based in West Los Angeles, CA with in-office Mon-Wed and remote Thu-Fri.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of work experience in supply chain, sourcing/procurement, or product development of a broad range of commodities and services on a global basis.
• Food/Beverage (CPG) experience strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business plans, production environments, and supply requirements to determine optimal sourcing strategies.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including supplier evaluation, selection, and implementation.
• Develop supplier management strategies with scorecards and metrics.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders end-to-end.
• Determine and recommend alternate supply strategies to create cost savings and reduce risk.
• Present strategic sourcing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Development and other teams to source innovative materials and services.
• Identify tools and processes to optimize sourcing activities and supplier performance.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple business functions.
• Develop subject matter expertise in key commodities (packaging, ingredients, etc.).
• Serve as a project manager on sourcing initiatives with multiple concurrent projects.
• Support Corporate Fleet and Corporate Travel programs with vendor negotiations and improvements.
