Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC is seeking a Vice President of Global Sourcing to lead the company’s strategic enterprise function across global supply markets. The role reports to the CFO and oversees teams in Los Angeles, Bakersfield, and APAC regions, driving sourcing strategies to create enterprise value and optimize costs.

This executive will lead supplier negotiations, manage a matrixed organization, and partner with executive leadership to align sourcing with evolving business priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in global sourcing or procurement.
• Experience managing international sourcing with APAC exposure.
• Ability to influence executives and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen and cost-savings delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing strategy across multiple business units.
• Oversee Asia-Pacific sourcing, analytics, and NPD support.
