Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking an accomplished Vice President, Global Sourcing to lead one of its most strategic enterprise functions. Reporting to the CFO, this role directs the global sourcing organization, including strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, logistics, packaging engineering, analytics, and NPD support across brands.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• At least five years in a senior executive leadership role.
• Experience leading a multi-category global sourcing organization in a large matrixed company.
• Experience managing international sourcing with Asia-Pacific exposure.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global sourcing strategy across multiple business units and spend categories.
• Identify opportunities to optimize spend, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, and create enterprise value.
• Develop forward-looking sourcing strategies considering economic conditions and geopolitical risks.
• Continuously evaluate global supply markets for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Lead complex global supplier negotiations and cultivate strategic partnerships for value, quality, and sustainability.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing global organization across functions and geographies.
• Coach and mentor leaders while building organizational capability and succession strength.
• Evaluate structure, capabilities, and operating models to evolve the sourcing function.
• Serve as enterprise leader for global sourcing and align strategies with business priorities.
• Build relationships across a matrixed organization and foster governance and collaboration.
• Provide executive oversight for Global Sourcing, Asia-Pacific Sourcing, Analytics, Packaging Engineering, Logistics, Travel & Fleet, and NPD.
• Drive KPIs for supplier performance, cost savings, service levels, and enterprise value.
• Leverage data and market intelligence to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Balance quality, service, innovation, risk, and total cost of ownership in sourcing decisions.
