The Wonderful Company in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across our corporate organization. You will partner with leaders across multiple business units to attract top talent for a diverse range of roles, including Creative, Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, and Digital initiatives.

Based in our West Los Angeles office with a hybrid schedule (in-office Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri), you will act as a strategic talent advisor, build talent

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across creative, PR/corporate communications, digital marketing, and brand management roles.
• Strong proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for The Wonderful Company portfolio across multiple business units.
• Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Advise hiring managers through intake, interviewing design, and offers.
• Build and nurture pipelines, drive process improvements, and maintain data integrity.
