The Wonderful Company LLC seeks a visionary Vice President, Global Sourcing to drive enterprise-wide sourcing strategy and performance across its diverse portfolio of brands. You will lead a global team, including Asia-Pacific operations, to optimize spend, strengthen supplier partnerships, and deliver measurable value.

Reporting to the CFO, this role requires deep strategic thinking, strong executive presence, and a track record of transforming sourcing functions within complex, matrixed

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing, including senior executive leadership.
• Experience leading a multi-category global sourcing organization within a large, complex, matrixed enterprise.
• Experience managing international sourcing operations with significant exposure to Asia-Pacific markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global sourcing strategy across multiple business units and spend categories.
• Lead complex global supplier negotiations and cultivate strategic partnerships to optimize costs and drive value.
• Coach and mentor leaders across functions and geographies to build organizational capability.
