The Wonderful Company LLC is seeking a strategic Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across our corporate organization, partnering with leaders across multiple business units and functions. This role supports in-house agency and creative teams across Advertising, Creative, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Management, and Digital Marketing.

Based at our West Los Angeles, CA office, this hybrid role requires in-office Monday-Wednesday with remote Thursday and Friday,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across diverse disciplines including creative, PR/corporate communications, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Strong proficiency with recruiting technologies to manage pipelines and drive efficiency.
• Experience hiring both full-time and freelance/contract talent.
• Familiarity with creative evaluation processes and portfolio assessment.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Strong consultative approach to coaching hiring leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for The Wonderful Company portfolio across multiple business units.
• Support hiring in creative, marketing, communications, brand management, and other corporate roles.
• Recruit for full-time and freelance talent with tailored sourcing strategies.
• Serve as strategic talent advisor to hiring managers throughout intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Deliver personalized, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Build innovative sourcing strategies to engage top passive talent.
• Assess candidate portfolios and provide timely recommendations to teams.
• Drive efficient hiring decisions with structured interviews and debriefs.
• Leverage data and market insights to influence recruiting strategy.
• Build long-term pipelines and strengthen employer brand.
• Represent the company at events and in the talent community.
