Ladders, a leader in Information Technology, seeks a Global Solutions Engineer for its MSSP program, serving as a strategic technical partner to shape design and readiness for partner success, with emphasis on AI security.

Location is Remote - US-based candidates. You will lead discovery workshops, advise on service architecture, and create reusable assets for scale, while representing the company in customer briefings and industry forums.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar cybersecurity role.
• Experience with MSSP sales & service architecture.
• Strong knowledge of MDR, XDR, and SIEM.
• Deep understanding of MSSP business and technical models.
• Strong grasp of AI technologies and associated security risks.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity products and tools.
• Ability to work with APIs, cloud platforms, and various operating environments.

For our client, we are seeking a Global Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a strategic technical partner to a global managed security services program, helping shape solution design, service readiness, and partner success. The position blends technical discovery, security architecture guidance, and field enablement with a strong focus on modern cybersecurity offerings and AI-related security considerations. You will also represent the organization in partner briefings and industry-facing discussions while creating reusable technical assets that support scale and consistency.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $142,100 – $236,600 annually
