Leica Biosystems is seeking a Global Engineer, Enterprise Solutions to support sales goals by coordinating with R&D, customers, and IT resources worldwide to accelerate digital pathology deployments.

The role provides advanced service for hardware and software, troubleshoots complex issues, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams on implementation, integration, and security incident response. The position permits remote work with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Engineering, or CS, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of digital pathology or related field is preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing hardware/software in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical support to internal teams and external clients, including installation support, maintenance, and repair on hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
• Work closely with multi-functional teams to influence product implementation, integration, and improvement of solutions.
• Respond to security-related events and assist in remediation of cyber security incidents.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and projects requiring deep evaluation across multiple areas.
