Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a Global Solutions Delivery Sr. Specialist to own the 1 to 100 phase of the lifecycle and drive incubation expansions globally.

You will lead end-to-end operational coordination for our AI workflow platform and manage programmatic platform outreach to maximize adoption across all sites. The role requires 5+ years in program management or technology deployment, with experience in multi‑regional rollouts and establishing KPIs.

• Experience supporting or managing multi-regional platform rollouts, software adoption frameworks, or scaled workflows.

Information About Team and Role

The Global Solutions Delivery team is the engine driving the scaling, expansion, and execution of established platform capabilities across the Google Operations Center (GOC) network. As the Global Solutions Delivery Sr. Specialist, you own the "1 to 100" phase of the lifecycle. In this role, you will use validated frameworks to drive incubation expansions globally. You will lead end-to-end operational coordination for our proprietary AI workflow automation platform, manage programmatic platform outreach, and execute targeted use-case strategies to maximize technology reach and user adoption across all global sites. The base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000 - $123,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Experience establishing operational metrics (KPIs) and managing continuous feedback/quality assurance loops between regional operations and platform teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable: Success executing rollouts of enterprise software, proprietary platforms, or AI‑driven productivity tools across global regions.
• Proven ability to translate regional operational friction and field insights into technical feature requirements for engineering teams.
• Experience designing user‑adoption strategies, including structured demo outreach and regional training initiatives.
