Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Executive in Phoenix, AZ, to develop new business relationships and support existing clients. The role focuses on lead generation, client outreach, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Qualifications

• Between 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Proven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, and directories.
• Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data including names, titles, phone numbers, and addresses.
• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated spreadsheets.
• Cold call prospective clients to generate new business.
• Collaborate with teams to improve new business development strategies.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients while maintaining relationships.
• Educate clients on the translation process and TransPerfect’s services.
• Liaise with production to ensure timely and accurate delivery of jobs.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality, and service.
• Research and understand industries TransPerfect markets to stay informed.
