Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a Global Solution Architect to lead technical strategy for large enterprises, working remotely within the US. You will engage C-level partners, shape sales opportunities, and deliver high-level architectures aligned to business outcomes.

You will influence product messaging, provide enablement, and mentor teams across sales and technical domains while traveling as needed to support strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in the IT industry and 10 years in your domain in enterprise IT.
• Strong client relationships and customer-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in IT Operations, Workload Automation, and Infrastructure Management.
• Results-oriented, able to meet or exceed targets and articulate complex ideas.
• Ability to work with execs and cross-functional teams; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Broadcom as technical expert and solution evangelist to global prospects and customers.
• Support sales strategy, qualification, and deal execution with the sales team.
• Be the senior technical contact throughout the sales cycle with customer executives.
• Conduct discovery to map customer environments to business objectives.
• Architect and present high-level technical visions and future-state journeys.
• Coordinate demonstrations, POVs and Wins with territory or partner teams.
• Follow industry trends and build thought leadership to promote value streams.
