Job summary

Luxpowertek is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide full-cycle sales support, focusing on customer communication, pre- and post-sales follow-up, and order coordination to drive target achievement.

You will coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and delivery), handle daily sales activities, manage customer data in CRM, and help expand cross-border business, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or customer support preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with CRM and cross-border communications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email/Zoom and maintain daily communication.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales tasks: quotes, meetings, order progress, and acceptance.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Follow end-to-end order process: confirmation, progress, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations; assist in negotiations.
