Velaz Solar is seeking a Solar Sales Closer in New Jersey to qualify homeowners, assess energy needs and financing options, and close sales with effective objections handling.

You will manage your sales pipeline with a CRM, coordinate with operations for handoff, work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, and enjoy uncapped commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of solar or in-home sales closing experience.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Experience in a commission-based sales environment with performance targets.
• Proficiency managing a sales pipeline and follow-up using CRM.
• General computer proficiency for sales activities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English proficiency.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, including Saturdays.
