Job summary

Canadian Solar Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for the US division, based in Walnut Creek, CA. The role supports the full sales cycle, from quoting to invoicing, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.

This position requires 2–3 years in B2B sales support, a BA/BS degree, and proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office. Travel up to 10% and bilingual English/Spanish are also expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales support or account management.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support for sales operations and PO execution with US clients.
• Manage order workflow from quoting to fulfillment in CRM/ERP.
• Review orders/contracts with high accuracy and track deliveries.
• Engage in RFP and contract execution processes.
• Coordinate with billing, planning, and logistics to ensure timely invoicing and delivery.
