Materialise Software is seeking a Global Software Sales Director to lead our software sales organization. This senior role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive value for customers and growth for the business.

You will oversee a global team across regions, lead platform and cloud-enabled sales initiatives, and partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Partnerships to shape our software roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Senior sales leadership experience, 10–15 years minimum.
• 5–10 years of cloud/platform sales experience.
• Strong strategic account management and key accounts.
• Proven success growing business within existing accounts.
• Strong international leadership across teams.

• Define and execute the global sales growth strategy for the Software Unit.
• Drive growth across strategic and existing customer accounts.
• Lead transition toward platform, hybrid, and native cloud sales models.
• Build strong executive-level customer relationships.
• Lead and develop high-performing sales, sales engineering, and sales ops teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market, demand generation, and ABM.
• Partner with Product Management and Partnerships to align roadmaps.
• Ensure strong sales discipline in forecasting and pipeline management.
