Materialise Software is seeking a Global Software Sales Director to lead the sales organization of the Software Business Unit. This senior role requires strategic vision with hands-on execution to grow customer value and develop teams across regions.

You will drive platform/cloud sales, strengthen executive relationships, and align with marketing, product management, and partnerships to advance our software business globally.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership experience (10+ years)
• 5–10 years of cloud/platform sales experience
• Strong track record in strategic accounts and key account management
• Proven success growing business in existing accounts
• Strong network in relevant customer segments is a plus
• Leadership across international teams
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global sales growth strategy for the Software Unit
• Drive growth across strategic and existing customer accounts
• Lead the transition toward platform, hybrid, and native cloud sales models
• Build strong executive-level customer relationships
• Lead and develop high-performing sales, sales engineering, and sales operations teams
• Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market, demand generation, and ABM approaches
• Partner with Product Management and Partnerships to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities
• Ensure strong sales discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and execution
