Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Data Solutions Go-To-Market Director to drive growth and strategic partnerships in our sales organization. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with channel partners, cloud data & AI platforms, and strong knowledge in Corporate Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven track-record of B2B sales in a fast-moving consulting environment.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud services, data services, and/or AI.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets with consultative and solution-based selling.
• Extensive experience in co-selling cloud-based technologies and services, esp. cloud data & AI platforms.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial with hunting/gathering sales capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build internal/external relationships.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish new client relationships and generate pipeline through relationships and marketing tools.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle for new and existing clients, including meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to stakeholders to showcase analytical solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to develop account strategies and co-sell transformative data solutions with cloud partners.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with high-growth targets and executive sponsors.
