Job summary

Stratasys Ltd, a leader in additive manufacturing, seeks a Director of Global Business Development to drive strategic initiatives and a go-to-market plan for a portfolio of 3D printing solutions including hardware, materials, software, and workflows.

You will build executive relationships and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D to achieve ambitious targets in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

10+ years in international business development or strategic sales in medical device or digital health.
Deep familiarity with US and European medical markets and hospital environments.
Experience with indirect channels and strategic accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and drive global business development strategy and go-to-market plans.
Identify partnerships with medical manufacturers and healthcare providers.
Lead end-to-end deal leadership from prospecting to onboarding.
Collaborate with Product, R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams to align market needs.
Stay abreast of regulatory, reimbursement policies, and market trends in medical devices.
Manage executive-level relationships across medical device and hospital sectors.
