Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across social media, social strategy, analytics, measurement, or data strategy.
• Senior leadership experience building or scaling a global social function, team, or KPI structure.
• Strong data fluency with platform data, BI tools, data models, and centralized analytics or engineering teams.
• Experience with AI and automation to improve reporting and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Own the global social measurement framework including KPI definitions and dashboards.
• Establish consistent measurement across major platforms and emerging ones.
• Define data requirements and taxonomy for campaigns, assets, markets, and regions.
• Shape the social analytics technology and data ecosystem in partnership with IT and analytics.
• Lead AI-enabled insights, ensuring accuracy and governance of AI outputs.
• Translate platform signals into clear recommendations for content, creator, and regional marketing teams.
