Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Director of Social Media & Content Strategy to lead global social media and digital content, developing an audience-first strategy that strengthens the company’s reputation and trust. You will define platform-specific plans, elevate storytelling, and build scalable content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in social media, content strategy, or digital communications.
• 5+ years leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record building audience-first content across channels.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and multimedia content development skills.
• Experience in industries with perception challenges is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global social media strategy with platform-specific plans.
• Create audience engagement programs for communities, policymakers, employees, customers.
• Build and manage a global editorial calendar aligned with campaigns and events.
• Lead a centralized content engine using modern formats (short-form video, podcasts, graphics).
• Measure performance with KPIs, dashboards and actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to educate and inform on data centers and digital infrastructure.
